Your Data
PilatesforEveryBody is a small business, working to make you healthier and happier. Most of our work is in-person, or via live broadcast, such as Zoom. As such we only use the web and other technological tools to tell you about our classes, and to keep in contact with existing clients.
We do not use personal data generated from your website browsing.
If you choose to contact us by telephone / messaging / or email we will store your return contact details to answer any queries you might have.
If you join our classes we will store your name, mobile number, email, general residential location, health background and targets as relevant to your training regime. Details are usually stored in email address book(s), mobile phone contact list(s) and spreadsheet(s) showing which customer is signed up for which class / tracking your payment.
If you see that we have made a mistake in your information, please let us know so we can correct it.
We do not store your bank details, although they may be visible in your payment details via our bank account.
We may use your details to contact you to tell you about class times / dates / payment arrangements. We may use your details to inform you about other classes offered by PfE, and, from time to time, performances by PfE staff or clients.
We will not sell / loan your data on to other companies. We will try to ensure that your data cannot be accessed by third parties.
