Monday 09:45 to 11:00 - Pilates Flow Class, Warm-Up for the Week - Learn functional posture and body alignment.

Monday 20:00 to 21:00 - Pilates Strong Flow Class - Strong flow, challenging combinations and exercises.

Tuesday 18:00 - 19:00 - For Men Only - focus on extending the typically tight male musculature, developed for those that spend hours at a desk daily. Improve your posture, use different muscle groups, extend your range of motion, low impact for maximum effect.
Wednesday 09:30 to 10:30 - Pre-Pilates / Beginners class - suitable for all, exercise from a chair or standing only, ease your body back into movement.
Thursday 10:00 to 11:00 - Pilates Strong Flow Class - Long flow sequences, complex and challenging, with travelling movement sequences.
